My digital journey
Since I am a kid, I am passionate about technology and digital world.

8+
yearsexperience
I work as a Digital Product Manager for more than 8 years. I've been lucky enough to work with different type of companies (big or small) and people (entrepreneurs, software engineers, project managers). When I am working on a Product, I continuously ask myself: "how to bring more value?"
Each product I was honored to manage has honed my skills in cross-functional team leadership, customer-centric design thinking, and data-driven decision making, shaping me into a versatile and effective digital product manager with a strong business acumen.
01
Business & Strategy

With a business-centric approach, facilitating collaborative workshops, impactful visions crafting, and managing outcome-based roadmaps with SMART goals and awareness action plans. But also: Strategic Planning, Key results definition, applying and aligning strategies with interdependencies, budgeting, validating business models, assessing feature opportunities, and identifying risks and opportunities.
02
Discovery

Innovation driven with a user-centric approach, discovery is about finding problems that are worth solving! Methodology is key here. By conducting user-interviews, focus groups, exploratory hypothesis and trying with prototypes, we can learn along the way and validate assumptions.
03
Delivery

Building a product requires a deep understanding of the stakes but also technical proficiency. Using AGILE methodologies, we can maximize the value of developments, iterate and validate. It's still about Value brought, and at the right pace.
04
Growth & Data

Being data-driven is important to make the good decisions. By gathering qualitative and quantitative data, designing Key Performance Indicators that make sense, we can target and reach the next levels.
